Right now, its my favourite song of his live. It had competition when it came out with those long versions of Backstreets + Prove It Bruce did on the Darkness tour, but i dont think there’s a song Bruce and The E Street Band do better now than Badlands.
My band is working on Badlands now but our bass player doesn’t know Bruce very well. I said that Badlands ranks about #5 in all time live Bruce tunes. What do you think?

No no, I was saying that he didn’t play it at the last show of this tour – the Buffalo show. It was actually a bit surprising. I mean, obviously he played it at MSG in ’99, and I have the album too, but I was just replying to slippyal.
i have the album with “Live in New York City” (yes, there is and album entitled like that), the actual concert( no video of course) so he did play it. I looked through all the videos with tulsa OK and he did play it
