Although Cloud didn’t like Tifa like a girl, but as a friend. He was always trying to get attention, yes. But that was not only from her, but from the whole children group.
Aerith actually liked Cloud cuz she reminded her something. If you pay attention to the dialogues Cloud lived through Zacks memories, at least before his mako intoxication.
Cloud did like Tifa, at least in his youth. It’s mentioned during the flashbacks when Tifa tries to help Cloud get over his infection.
Tifa loves Cloud and it’s obvious near the end of the game, when every1 goes to their beloved ones, if you’ve picked the “right” choices. Nothing more is clear though…

I’m pretty sure the events with Cloud and Tifa in disc 2, 3, KH2, and advent children all prove Tifa liked Cloud… I think Cloud was supposed to have “gotten over it” by disc 2, Square just milked it.

Aeris *LOVED* cloud, as in, wanted to date/marry/whatever love. It is DIRECTLY stated, so you can very easily assume from that that it was mutual.

Oh, and as for “evidence”, I’ll say it for the 9th time, THE ENTIR FIRST FUCKING DISC. Everytime the two are together. I’m not going to play through the game again so I can look through every scene and be like “this one”. Just the entire disc. And everytime cloud talks about aeris afterwards.

Neither of you are correct, because in the story Tifa nor Aerith even got so much as a kiss from cloud. If it was never written, it never happened.
Unless it was implied that it happened offscreen, which it WASNT for EITHER characters (Aerith died, Advent Children shows that Tifa and Cloud still aren’t screwing eachother), then its still in the air.

Give me a single instance where Cloud says/or implies he ‘loves Aerith.” I’ll even let you change your argument. Find me one example where Cloud claims to love Aerith more than Tifa. . .
