ps22chorus. blogspot. com http evening was an incredible experience for the PS22 Chorus of 2010, performing with Irish music sensation Celtic Woman at its February 27, 2010 concert at Radio City Music Hall! Chloe gave the children a beautiful introduction that led to this magnificent performance of “You Raise Me Up” originally made famous by Josh Groban, who recently discovered the PS22 Chorus own! (He switched to our coverage of the Empire State of Mind on his blog last week!) It was a truly epic rendition of a good song, and one of the most beautiful music-making experience PS22 Chorus has ever been a part of. Thanks to the Celtic Woman to give these children the thrill of a lifetime, and for being so down to earth and take this on our children and this whole experience wholeheartedly. The children felt your genuine apprecation, and we are all duly moved by it. In the next video can be sent to you will hear some of the reactions to the children experience the bus ride home – Celtic Woman definitely created 65 new dedicated 10 years old fans in the past week! And as wonderful as this video is, stay tuned for perhaps an even more radical acoustic version of “You Raise Me Up” from our rehearsal studio on Thurday!
